How do I create a GoMySpace account?
You can sign up using your mobile number. Click "Login / Sign Up" on the top right, select "Sign Up", enter your details and mobile number, and verify via the OTP sent to your WhatsApp. Your account will be created instantly.
How do I reset or change my mobile number?
For security reasons, changing a registered mobile number requires identity verification. Please contact our support team at support@gomyspace.com with your registered number and a government-issued ID, and we'll process the change within 2–3 business days.
How do I delete my account permanently?
You can submit a permanent account deletion request on our
Data Deletion Request page. Once submitted, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. This action cannot be undone.
How do I list my property on GoMySpace?
Click "Post Property Free" in the navigation. Log in or sign up, then fill in your property details including type, location, price, photos, and description. Your listing will be reviewed and go live within a few hours.
How long does a property listing remain active?
Free listings remain active for 30 days. You can renew, edit, or deactivate your listing anytime from your dashboard. Premium listings (featured or spotlight) have extended durations as per your selected plan.
Why was my listing rejected or removed?
Listings may be rejected for reasons including: incomplete information, suspicious or fraudulent content, violation of our Terms & Conditions, duplicate listings, or low-quality images. You'll receive an email with the reason for rejection. If you believe it was in error, contact our support team.
How do I search for properties?
Use the search bar on the homepage or the Search page. Filter by city, locality, property type (Buy/Rent/Commercial/PG), budget range, BHK, and more. You can save searches and receive alerts when matching properties are listed.
How do I save a property to my wishlist?
Click the heart icon (♡) on any property card to save it to your wishlist. Access all saved properties by clicking "Saved" in the navigation. You must be logged in to save properties.
Is GoMySpace free to use?
Yes! Browsing listings, searching properties, and basic property listing are all completely free. We also offer premium packages for enhanced visibility, featured placements, and priority support. Visit our plans page for more details.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods including UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), credit/debit cards, net banking, and EMI options through our secure payment gateway. All transactions are SSL encrypted.
